Rather than writing improbable cross-overs and fan-fiction which focuses entirely on the romance between two characters, as is the contemporary fashion, the following collection of short stories aim to continue these once-excellent stories with an interesting slant. The idea behind them is to explore the full potential of their original concepts, bringing them back to their former glory. In short, these tales are too good to die just yet, and I am a stubborn man.
Morpheous is set four years after the 3rd Matrix movie, and ignores the Matrix Online continuity entirely. It is focussed entirely on the Matrix’s most interesting character; Morpheous.

When the Machines encounter an extraordinary redpill rebel who violates the peace-treaty, they threaten the end the ceice-fire with Zion. Their terms of a continued truce are that they require the aid of former rebel soldiers in capturing the dangerous fugitive. But they won’t accept just any old Human, they want one man to lead the charge, for reasons of their own. That man is Morpheous.

With his new ship - The Shilloh - Morpheous insists on hand-picking his own crew for the task of seeking out those responsible for sabotaging the matrix. Joining the veteran Captain are known characters such as Kid and Sparks, and new ones such as Sage; a redpill warrior with seemingly mystical connections to hidden plains of reality within the Matrix, and 8bit; the geeky operator and inventor of the Zion-born Matrix jack-in cybernetic implants system.

Officially, their mission is to restore peace. Unofficially, things are going to get complicated.

Star Trek Voyager: Liberation (AKA Star Trek Liberation) ignores the final episode of Voyager entirely. This is a reality where they did get home after just 7 seasons. In fact, nearly 40 years have passed since the starship Voyager was first stranded in the Delta Quadrant.

Finally, the small remaining crew of the Voyager have returned to their home quadrant. It has taken them several decades, the usage of some groundbreaking technology, and the gradual integration of not only a second generation of Voyager crew-members, but also the integration of more than 30 new holographic members of the crew, most of whom have existed side-by-side with Voyager as equals for a very long time. With much effort, creativity, and camaraderie, the starship Voyager struggled home, against all odds.

But something is amiss in the alpha quadrant. The federation is no more, and worse: Earth has been overtaken by a race of aggressive aliens from another galaxy entirely. The quadrant is in upheaval, with scattered remnants of former empires and old alliances running scared, and half of the region in the hands of the unstoppable enemy. Progress, and freedom, it seems, has been at a standstill in the alpha quadrant for more than twenty years.

This makes Voyager not only the last federation ship in existence, but also the last free Human ship, and the only vessel with the capabilities and the dogged will to liberate their former home world.

But this will not be an easy task. Most of the original crew are dead; either killed in action, or by age and time. Captain Harry Kim will have to rely on all of his new crewmembers - flesh and hologram alike - to bring the Voyager spirit to the fore one last time. It’s one ship against an empire, and the stakes are not just high ... they are everything.

The Firefly Season 2 stories were mainly written in order to prove that there is more of a story to write; that Wash and Book's deaths didn't end the possibilities of the greatest show ever aired; and that Joss is insane if he doesn't continue making it.

Joss was taking his gorram time about making a new season of Firefly, and judging by the recent news, it started to look as though he never would. So somebody had to tell the rest of the story right? And there's so much more to tell!

You might not like where I take it, you might have your own ideas about what happenned to the Big Damn Heroes after the events of the Big Damn Movie, you might even go as far as cursing in Chinese after reading that I kill off Mal in episode one (just kidding!). But at least that means you've read it, and that was my evil, dastardly plan all along (muhahaha). However, if you want to read a version of the 'verse future with a new fully trained alliance reader; a plot where Serenity is conscripted when The Reaver Wars begin; Simon finds a way to "cure" a reaver; The Triads betray Mal to the feds (and prison); and the truth about Shepherd Book is finally revealed; then read on. I said
read!
