The Most Wanted List is a dark web hit list that the makers claim is "based on data siphoned from law enforcement agencies." It lists those who are have a high notoriety with all branches of law enforcement - police, army, counter-terrorism, and similar agencies.

Committing regular crimes and being sloppy enough to get caught will likely lead you to being on this list.

Note: Only those level 10 or higher will appear on this list, regardless of notoriety level.

Accessing

To access the most wanted list, log into the internet and click "2. View most wanted list."

Claiming

To claim a bounty, you must wound the target and the target must be killed. Payout of bounty money will not occur until the target is dead.

Bounty cuts are split evenly between all those who wounded the target. Individual cuts are capped at $30,000.
